Cerelac instant cereals include a range of nutritious, easily-digested instant cereals. Suitable as a complementary food for infants from six months onwards, when breast milk alone no longer meets the baby’s growing nutritional requirements. It is not a breast milk substitute. The Cerelac brand was first registered in 1949 and is present today in countries such as Belgium, Portugal, India, South Africa and the Philippines.

Ingredients: Wheat flour (Atta) (51.4%), Milk based mix (Milk solids (31.9%) and Sugar)), Sugar, Milk solids (4.3%), Apple juice concentrate (4.2%), Soyabean oil, Carrot juice concentrate (1.1%), Minerals*, and Vitamins#. *Minerals: Calcium carbonate, Electrolytic iron, Zinc sulphate and Cupric sulphate. #Vitamins: Sodium ascorbate, Nicotinamide, dl-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, Calcium pantothenate, Thiamine mononitrate, Pyridoxine hydrochloride, Retinyl acetate, Riboflavin, Folic acid, Ergocalciferol and d-Biotin. Carriers: Maltodextrin and Glucose syrup.

Directions

Wash your hands before preparing baby’s food. Make sure all utensils are thoroughly clean	Boil clean drinking water for 5 minutes. Allow to cool. Measure 75ml and pour lukewarm water into baby’s bowl	Add 3 level scoops of CERELAC	Stir until the cereal is smooth and feed immediately using a clean spoon
