After sales service gives freedom to buyer to claim for Reparation & Replacement within 30 days of delivery. What’s more, if your product ever gets faulty/defective within the warranty period that the company provides, you can still claim a Reparation & Replacement*.

- Only applicable on specified product.
- Customer need to submit some proof of purchase: IMEI/ name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached.
- Applicable only on malfunction defect not on the physical damaged made by the customer.
- After 30 days of delivery customer will have to bear the charges for return and delivery.
- All accessories given with product should be present.
