Return Policy

Cancellation-

 

Users can only cancel the order before the shipment. After shipment, buyers can only do RTO. Once an order gets cancelled money is refunded to your provided account.

 

Cancellation criteria-

           

  • If users fill in incorrect information like (address, landmark, street number etc).
  • If the buyer sees the wrong price or specification which is uploaded on our website www.industryowl.co.in.
  • In case the product becomes “out of stock” from the vendor then the order will get cancelled from website www.industryowl.co.in.
  • If the area falls under “Non Serviceable zone” or “out of delivery area” by our Logistic Courier Partner even after placing the order in that case order can be cancelled.
  • In any fraudulent case, the order gets canceled.

Return-

If users want to return the product, users can contact us through Register email ID and send it via email (support@industryowl.co.in). They have to click the photo of the product and send it to the given email within 24 hours of receiving the orders.

 

Guidelines for Returns & Replacement-

  •  Product is damaged/defective.
  •  Differ from the description on the website.
  •  Wrong item delivered/Wrong Colour/Wrong Size/Wrong Quantity.
  • Missing parts/accessories.

 

Return Eligibility-

  • In case of returning the product, the customer needs to inform us within 5 days of receiving the order. In case, if you received a damaged product, it must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • If the product is delivered defective or damaged, in that case, the customer needs to inform us through Register email ID and send it to (support@industryowl.co.in) within 24 hours from the time of delivery.
  • Products should be unused.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you.
  • Invoice should be available.
  • Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.
  • Clearance products are not returnable.

How to return a product

Product can be returned in 2 waysOne is to return the product from our side where we send the courier partner and get the product picked up from customers. In some cases, if industryowl is not able to send the courier boy then the user can also send the product by Own Transport Mode(OTM).

 

Steps to follow to Return a Product-

  • Customer needs to inform us through email within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • Product should be unused.
  • Invoice should be available.
  • We will raise a request for Reverse pickup and try to arrange it from our end. Once the pickup is arranged our courier partner will collect the product within 2-3 business days.
  • Customer needs to pack the product with Brand packing & paste the invoice on it.
  • Customer will handover the product to the courier boy.
  • Once the pick up is done, the product will be sent to us by the courier partner. Or if the customer sends the product by (OTM). so, when we collect the product we will do the quality check on the product and after that we will proceed to the next step.
  • After receiving the product, a quality check will be done on the product by our team which takes 2 days.
  • If a product is found damaged/defective by our team, We will try to arrange a replacement; however, it depends on the availability of the product.
  • If customers want to send the product by (OTM) then the customer should send the products at the address which is mentioned below after when the request for reverse pickup is raised. W9, Okhla Phase II, New Delhi, Delhi 110020
  • Once sent, customer needs to share the Courier slip along with the following bank details at support@industryowl.co.in
  1. Account number
  2. Account holder name (Same as registered with www.Industryowl.com).
  3. IFSC Code
  • Customers will get their reverse payment after we do the quality check of return.

 

Refund-

  • Once the order gets cancelled, the amount will be refunded to the customer based on the given payment mode by the time of cancelling the order.
  • Credit/Debit Card/Net Banking/Wallets – 2-4 business days
  • If a transaction is done through NEFT and Cheque then customers need to share below mentioned details at our Email Id support@industryowl.co.in from registered e-mail id.
  1. Account number
  2. Account Holder name
  3. IFSC Code

 

  • After receiving the required information for refund, refund will be processed in 2 businessday and   money will reflect in your account in another 2-4businessdays.
  • For EMI payment, refund will be credited in 6-8 business days after cancellation.

 

Others terms and conditions-

  • Products sold as a combo can’t be returned individually.
  • Products which fall under the “non-returnable” condition cannot be returned.
  • Clearance products are non-returnable.
  • If industryowl team found fraudulent, then legal action can be taken by the industryowl team.
