Directions for Use:
1. Measure 230ml of pre-boiled water (room temperature) and pour it into a clean container.
2. Take 6 levelled scoops (approx.50g) of Optifast powder, using only the enclosed scoop.
3. Gradually add the powder to the water and stir briskly until completely dissolved.
4. The total feed volume would be approximately 279ml.
