Directions for Use:
1. Wash hands and follow the feeding chart to determine the volume to be prepared.
2. Measure clean, pre-boiled water (room temperature) and pour it into a clean container.
3. Scoop and level the desired amount of powder using the enclosed scoop.
4. Add the powder to the water and immediately stir until well mixed.
5. Pour the mixture into a clean container, cover, and refrigerate.
6. After use, store the scoop inside the cap as shown.
