Langot/cloth diapers-

Langot is that type of diapers which is made up pure cotton cloth. It comes in triangular shape. Langot can give a baby comfort, by using the langot the chances to get rashes on baby bums is may be very low. Mother’s can reuse the cloth diaper by regularly washing them.

It is easily available and affordable in market, also cloth diapers is disposable and biodegradable in nature. The biggest advantages of this diaper is you get the smell when baby does potty whereas in disposable diaper you have to regular check the diapers and than have to change the diapers.

But the biggest disadvantages is that you have to frequently change the diapers and in long run you cannot use the cloth diapers. Also when baby does urine the cloth diaper are not capable to hold the urine and because of this the urine gets out from the diaper. And because of this mothers have to continuously place the polythene under the baby bed sheet. So that the urine does not mess up the bed sheet.

Also if you use clothe diapers throughout the night the diaper can give a uncomfortable feelings to baby. Because baby used to urinate in the night usually, but as we know that the cloth diapers are not capable to hold the urine as compare to the disposable diapers.

In travelling also mothers cannot use the cloth diapers because of its less efficiency and we know that in travelling time if baby does urinate and do potty then where will mothers change the diaper and where they will wash the cloth.

So there must have been some problem in cloth diaper, because of which we needed disposable diapers.

Disposable diapers-

The other type of Diapers that comes in is Disposable Diapers. You just have to use them and throw them after doing using it. So you can also use disposable diapers in night and day. but there are some big problems with disposable diapers like Disposable Diapers is not economical. You find these diapers very expensive. The cost of 1 diaper is atleast 10Rs and if you use 4-5 diapers a day then it will cost 40-50Rs which is obviously not everyone can afford it.

These are not environment friendly as this diaper is made up of plastic and because of this plastic production this diapers are not biodegradable. And because it is made up of plastic when we put the diapers inside the earth this diaper continuously give the toxic chemicals to the earth. So because of this disposable diapers are not environmental friendly and this diapers give toxic for years and years.

Also we cannot reuse the this diaper. After using these diapers you have to throw the diaper in the dustbin.

See, we can say that the diapers may can give rashes to your baby but this may is not completely true actually some people believes that disposable diapers give rashes easily as compare to cloth diapers but if you continuously change the disposable diaper than your child is save from rashes.

Yes, it is true that the cloth is very soft for baby use, but as we said if you use disposable diapers carefully and change the diaper from time to time then it is the best diapers you will get in the market. This diapers comes in many brands like pampers, mamy poko pants, huggies.

As cloth diapers is budget friendly but can’t be use while travelling whereas disposable diapers are expensive but they can be use while travelling.
